الفساد و أثره على مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر- مع الإشارة لحالة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الفساد و آثارها على مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر و منها تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. و قد كشفت الدراسة أن الجزائر تعد من أكثر الدول انتشارا للفساد في العالم وفقا للمؤشرات المعدة من طرف الهيئات الدولية المختصة بذلك، مما انعكس ذلك سلبا على جاذبية مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر لجذب الاستثمارات و منها الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الذي تبقى تدفقاته نحو الجزائر جد محتشمة نتيجة العراقيل البيروقراطية التي تميز البيئة الاستثمارية في الجزائر و تحد من تدفقاته. The study revealed that Algeria is one of the most widespread countries of corruption in the world according to the indicators prepared by the relevant international bodies, which negatively reflected on the attractiveness of the investment climate in Algeria to attract investment, including foreign direct investment, whose flows to Algeria remain very modest as a result of bureaucratic obstacles that characterize the investment environment in Algeria and limit its flows.
