ملامح تدفقات تحويلات المهاجرين المالية وأهميتها لاقتصادات شمال افريقيا Features And Importance Of Remittances Inflows To North African Economies

Résumé: ملخص: أصبحت تحويلات المهاجرين المالية تعتبر كمصدر رئيسي للدخل القومي وللدخل الفردي للأسر في كثير من البلدان النامية. وتأتي هذه الورقة لتوضيح أهمية هذه التدفقات بالنسبة لاقتصاد منطقة شمال افريقيا من خلال دراسة وصفية تحليلية خلال الفترة (2000-2020). وقد بينت النتائج أن تدفقات التحويلات المهاجرين للمنطقة نمت بمعدل يفوق 5 بالمائة سنويا، وبلغ اجمالي ما استقبلته المنطقة أكثر من 450 مليار دولار، بمعدل سنوي يتجاوز 20 ميار دولار خلال العقدين المنصرمين، وهو ما يمثل 3 بالمائة من اجمالي الناتج الحقيقي لاقتصاد المنطقة. ويبلغ متوسط مبلغ التحويل الذي يرسله المهاجر من المنطقة 4163 دولار في سنة 2020، في حين أرسل المهاجر الجزائري مبلغا لا يتعدى 841 دولار فقط. ويعزى هذا إلى مجموعة من العوامل التي تدفع المهاجر الجزائري لتفضيل إرسال الأموال إلى الوطن عبر القنوات غير الرسمية. Abstract: Remittances have become a major source of national and per capita income for families in many developing countries. This paper comes to clarify the importance of these flows for the economy of North African region through a descriptive and analytical study during the period (2000-2020). The results denoted that remittances Inflows to the region grew at 5% annually. During the past two decades, the region received more than 450 billion dollars, more than 20 billion dollars per annum, which represents 3 percent of the RGDP of the region’s economy. In 2020, the average amount of remittance was sent by the region’s emigrant accounted for $4,163, while the Algerian emigrant sent only $841. This is due to a number of different factors, perhaps the most prominent of which is the preference of Algerian emigrants to send money home through informal channels.
