Résumé: The research paper aims to highlight the role of organizational innovation in human resources manage-ment under the COFID-19 pandemic. In order to address the problem, Ouargla's Public Institution hospital was selected as the venue for conducting the study and learning about the Organization's capabilities to find atypical solutions that would contribute to reducing the effects of COFID 19, in an unstable environ-ment. The hypotheses of the study were selected on the basis of several information-gathering tools, using the analytical experimental and case-study methods and the design and distribution of the ques-tionnaire to a sample of 54 workers. The statistical analysis was carried out using spss v27. Following statistical tests, the study found a number of findings, including: - The level of organizational innovation is high. - The level of human resources management is high - there is a direct and moderate relationship between thème. - there are statistically significant differences in human resources management in relation to experience. As for sex, age, scientific qualification) there are no statistically significant differences in human resources management.
