تقييم دور الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية في دعم الأمن الاقتصادي - مع الإشارة لاتفاق الشراكة الأوروجزائرية-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة توضيح دور الدبلوماسية في دعم الاقتصاد من خلال التكتلات والاتفاقيات مع الدول وفتح المجال للاستثمار، وحاولنا تقييم الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية الجزائرية مع الإشارة لاتفاق الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي، باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبعض المعطيات عن حجم التبادل التجاري قبل وبعد الاتفاق، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن آثار اتفاق الشراكة تتراوح بين انعكاسات سلبية وأخرى إيجابية على الأمن الاقتصادي، خاصة خلال المرحلة الانتقالية لإنشاء منطقة التجارة الحرة، واستمرار الجزائر في تطبيق الإصلاحات الاقتصادية . This study aims to clarify the role of diplomacy in supporting the economy through blocs and agreements with States and open the way for investment, and we tried to evaluate the Algerian economic diplomacy with reference to the partnership agreement with the European Union, following the descriptive and analytical approach to some data of volume trade before and after the agreement, and the study concluded that the effects of the partnership agreement between positive and negative implications the Economic security , especially during the transition phase to create a Free trade area, and the continuation of Algeria in the implementation of economic reforms.
