فاعلية برنامج التكامل الحسي في تحسين اللغة الاستقبالية لدى الأطفال ذوي طيف التوحد

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحسين اللغة الاستقبالية لدى الأطفال ذوي طيف التوحد، من خلال برنامج التكامل الحسي. تم اختيار (6) أطفال من ذوي ذ طيف التوحد، تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (4- 6) سنوات. ويعانون ضعف مهارات اللغوية، حيث تم إخضاعهم لتصميم شبه تجريبي بقياس قبلي وقياس بعدي. طُبق عليهم مقياس كارز2 للتوحد، واختبار اللغة الاستقبالية(من إعداد الباحث)، وبرنامج تدريبي قائم على التكامل الحسي. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0,05 بين متوسطي القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي في اختبار اللغة الاستقبالية وأبعاده الفرعية (الانتباه، التقليد، الفهم) لصالح القياس البعدي، وهذا ما أكدّ على فعالية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح القائم على التكامل الحسي في تحسين اللغة الاستقبالية بأبعادها الفرعية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد. The study aimed to improve receptive language in children with autism spectrum disorder, through the sensory integration program. (6) children with autism spectrum disorder were selected, aged between (4-6) years. They suffer from weak language skills, and were subjected to a quasi-experimental design with pre-measurement and post-measurement. The CARS2 Autism Scale, the Receptive Language Test (prepared by the researcher), and a training program based on sensory integration were applied to them. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the averages of the pre-measurement and post-measurement in the receptive language test and its sub-dimensions (attention, imitation, understanding) in favor of the post-measurement, which confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on sensory integration in improving receptive language and its sub-dimensions in children with autism spectrum disorder.
