ممارسة النفوذ من خلال الصوفية الوظيفية: دراسة في تجربة النظام الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: تدرس هذه الورقة ممارسة النفوذ من خلال ما يعرف بالصوفية الوظيفية، وذلك استنادا للتجربة الجزائرية خلال العقدين الماضيين، أين جرى تبني ذلك ضمن أدوات السياسة الخارجية للدولة، وضمن الاهتمامات الرئيسة لها على المستوى الداخلي، وحظي كل ما يرمز للصوفية بالاستغلال في مسائل الشرعية والولاء والدعم، وضمن مسارات التنافس وشغل المكانة. تقدّم تجربة النظام السياسي الجزائري إطار مناسبا لفهم الصوفية الوظيفية، وكيف يمكن تحويل الجوانب الاعتقادية كعناصر معيارية إلى أداة للتأثير، ومبررا للتحرك الخارجي واستقطاب الولاءات ضمن حيز جغرافي يتجاوز حدود الدولة، ويحقق لها رمزية ومركزية وتحالفات، قد لا تحققها الموارد الاقتصادية والأدوات العسكرية. Abstract: This paper aims to identify aspects of the exercise of influence through what is known as functional Sufism, and this is based on the Algerian experience during the past two decades, where this was adopted as part of the state’s foreign policy tools, and in its main concerns at the domestic level. Everything that symbolizes Sufism has received attention and appreciation in a way that expanded its presence in what is greater than issues of faith and historical heritage, to issues of legitimacy, loyalty and possession of support, and within the paths of competition and prestige. The experience of the Algerian political system provides an appropriate framework for understanding functional Sufism, and how Sufism aspects can be transformed from normative elements into a tool of influence, and a justification for external behaviour and polarization of loyalties within a geographical space that exceeds the borders of state. It is a mechanism that guarantees the realization of symbolism, centralization and alliances that economic resources and military tools may not achieve.
