جرائم القتل عند الأحداث : قراءة نفسو اجتماعية

Résumé: عرفت جرائم القتل التي يرتكبها المراهقون والأطفال انتشارا غير مسبوق في المحاكم الجزائرية الأمر الذي يدل على الانهيار العام في النظام الاجتماعي،وفشل في المؤسسات الاجتماعية المسؤولة عن حماية هذه الفئة خاصة وأن الجاني أو الضحية غالبا هم أطفال ومراهقون،من خلال هذه الورقة ستحاول الباحثة تقديم لمحة عامة عن النظريات المفسرة للسلوك الإجرامي عند الأحداث، وعرض جملة من الدراسات حول الموضوع والتي ركزت على دراسة إكلينيكية للحالات واعتمدت على عينة صغيرة وعمدت للتحليل وتقييم العوامل المرتبطة بالسلوك الإجرامي لدى الأحداث. Crimes committed by adolescents and children known to be unprecedented in Algerian courts,which indicates the general collapse of the social system and the failure of the institutions responsible for protecting this group, especially as the perpetrator or victim is often children and teenagers.Through this paper the researcher will attempt to provide an overview of the theories of criminal behavior of juveniles.A researcher presented a series of studies on the subject which focused on the criminal study of the cases and relied on a small sample. analyzed and assessed the factors associated with the criminal conduct of juveniles.
