المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورها في ترقية القطاع السياحي -دراسة حالة ولاية جيجل-

Résumé: أصبحت فكرة تطوير وتنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المنهج المتبع من قبل مختلف الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية، باعتبار أن هذه الأخيرة استطاعت وبكفاءة تحقيق التنمية في العديد من الاقتصاديات المتقدمة والسائرة في طريق النمو. وتهدف دراستنا إلى التركيز على مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في النهوض بالقطاع السياحي، وقد اخترنا بالتحديد ولاية جيجل نظرا لمكانتها الكبيرة من بين الولايات السياحية في الجزائر، وهذا بالنظر لما تتميز به الولاية من مؤهلات تاريخية وطبيعية. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نسب مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ترقية القطاع السياحي في ولاية جيجل جد محدودة، وغياب أهم الخدمات الداعمة للنشاط السياحي على مستوى الولاية وعلى رأسها المطاعم وهذا راجع لطبيعتها (الحجم؛ رأس المال؛ عدد العمال). The idea of developing small and medium enterpises has become the approach by various governments and international organizations, given that the latter have been able to efficiently achieve development in many advanced economies that are on the path to growth. Our study aims to focus on the extent to which these institutions contribute to the advancement of the tourism sector. We specifically chose the state of Jijel due to is great position among the tourist states in Algeria, and this is in view of the state’s historical and natural qualifications. This is based on the descriptive analytical approach. The study found that the contribution rates of small and medium enterprises in promoting the tourism sector in the state of Jijel are very limited, and the absence of the most important services supporting tourism activity at the state level, most notably restaurants, and this is due to their nature (size; capital; number of workers.(
