الاستجواب في النظامين البحريني والأردني دراسة مقارنة

Résumé: يعتبر الاستجواب من أخطر أدوات الرقابة البرلمانية على أعمال الحكومة كون أن المؤدى لهذا النوع من الرقابة هو طرح الثقة في الحكومة القائمة وقد تناولنا موضوع الاستجواب في كلّ من النظامين الأردني والبحريني نظرا للأهمية البالغة لهذا الموضوع الذي يعتبر من الموضوعات القديمة المتجددة عبر كلّ الأزمنة، وبالتالي فقد سلطنا الضوء على هذا الموضوع من خلال تعريفه وشروط تقديمه والعوارض التي قد تصاحب تقديمه وطرحة داخل المجلس النيابي في كل من النظامين البحريني والأردني Summary of the research interpellation considers as one of the most dangerous parliamental oversight for the government works since the cause for this kind of control is giving the trust in the existing government , and we took a look at the interrogation in both Jordanian and Bahrain regime because this subject is so important and considers as one of the old renewed subjects along all ages , so we have spotted the light on this subject by identifies it and it's presentation conditions and the problems that might affect it's presentation inside the parliament in Bahrain and Jordanian regime .
