العلاقة السببية بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وتطور سعر الصرف في الجزائر - دراسة قياسية للفترة (2000-2017

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى التوصل لوجود علاقة سببية بين عاملين اقتصاديين في الجزائر؛ هما الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة وسعر الصرف الحقيقي. حيث توصلنا إلى أن السلستين الزمنيتين الممثلتين لهما مستقرتان في الفرق الأول لكليهما، وهو ما يفسر وجود علاقة سببية في اتجاه واحد من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى سعر الصرف الحقيقي وهو ما تدعّم من خلال نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة من خلال معنوية سعر الصرف وبروز أثرها على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للفترة الزمنية المتأخرة وكذلك إلى معنوية التأثير الاقتصادية لعامل الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على سعر الصرف الحقيقي. Abstract: This research study aims to find a causal relationship between two economic factors in Algeria, namely, foreign direct investment and the real exchange rate. We concluded that the two-time series that represent these two factors are stable in the first difference for both of them, which explains the existence of a causal one-way relationship from FDI to the real exchange rate. This result is supported by the self-regression model of the slowness of time slots through the exchange rate significance and its impact on FDI for the late period as well as on the significant economic impact of the FDI factor on the real exchange rate
