Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بأهم خصائص لغة الطفل بصفة عامة،وإلى أبرز اضطرابات اللغة :كتأخر النمو اللغوي ومميزات النطق ،وصعوبات الفهم والتعبير بالإضافة إلى خصائص الكتابة وتأليف الجمل لدى الطفل المعاق سمعيا.إذ هناك مجموعة من العوامل التي تؤثر على الاكتساب اللغوي لديه منها: سلامة حاسة السمع و سلامة جهاز النطق،بالإضافة إلى العمر الزمني للمتعلم وقدرته على الفهم والاستيعاب. Abstract: This research paper aims to introduce the most important characteristics of the child’s language in general, and to the most prominent language disorders: such as delayed linguistic development and pronunciation features, difficulties in understanding and expression in addition to the characteristics of writing and composing sentences for the hearing impaired child. There are a set of factors that affect his language acquisition: The sense of hearing and integrity of the pronunciation device, as well as the learner’s lifetime and ability to understand and comprehension.
