المقارنة المرجعية كآلية حديثة لتقييم وتحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية -دراسة مقارنة بين مجمع صيدال ومؤسسة حكمة للأدوية-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على الإطار النظري لآلية المقارنة المرجعية، وإبراز دورها في تقييم وتحسين الأداء المالي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية عموما، والمؤسسات الجزائرية خصوصا من خلال دراسة تطبيقية تم إجرائها على مؤسستين عملاقتين تعملان في نفس القطاع هما مجمع صيدال ومؤسسة حكمة للأدوية الأردنية، بحيث تم التوصل إلى أن المقارنة المرجعية تساهم في تحسين وتطوير الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، كما تم تبيان مدى فعاليتها في الكشف عن نقاط الضعف وأسبابها وكيفية تصحيحيها.  Abstract: The subject of evaluating and improving the financial performance of economic institutions has attracted the attention of many researchersa aand scholars in the field, because their persistence and survival in their highly competitive and unstable business environment depends on their growth. Among the methods that help economic institutions to grow and improve their financial performance, Which is one of the most important administrative tools, so that it compares the performance of the institution to perform the leading institutions to discover the secret behind their excellence, so that institutions can adapt the characteristics of their performance in accordance with their environment. This study aims to identify the theoretical framework of the reference comparison mechanism and to highlight its role in evaluating and improving the financial performance of the economic institutions in general and the Algerian institutions, especially through an applied study conducted on two giant establishments operating in the same sector. To conclude that the reference comparison contributes to the improvement and development of the financial performance of the institution, and has been shown to be effective in the detection of weaknesses and their causes and how to correct them.
