Résumé: يعتبر موضوع البحث الموسوم بخصوصية الحصانات والامتيازات المقررة للمؤتمرات والاجتماعات الدولية الحكومية من المواضيع الدقيقة في مجال القانون الدبلوماسي المعاصر ومن أكثرها أهمية ، ويستمد أهميته من الإشكاليات القانونية والعملية التي يطرحها ، ومن بينها عدم وجود نصوص قانونية دولية مكتوبة ومستقرة تنظم النشاط الدبلوماسي في إطار المؤتمرات والاجتماعات الدولية المؤقتة التي تنعقد خارج المنظمات الدولية بدعوة من دولة أو مجموعة من الدول ، وتحدّد الحصانات والامتيازات المقررة لها بالرغم من أن دبلوماسية المؤتمرات والاجتماعات الدولية هي الأسبق تاريخيا . ولعل دراسة الخصوصية التي تميز نظام الحصانات والامتيازات المقررة للمؤتمرات والاجتماعات الدولية الحكومية المؤقتة دفعتنا لتقسيم الدراسة الى مبحثين ، الأول : إشكالية النظام القانوني لدبلوماسية المؤتمرات الدولية ، والثاني : أنواع الحصانات والامتيازات المرتبطة بدبلوماسية المؤتمرات الدولية الحكومية . The subject of the research tagged with the immunities and privileges assigned to intergovernmental conferences is considered delicate topics in the field of contemporary diplomatic law and one of the most important , It derives its importance from the legal and practical problems it poses , Among them is the absence of written and stable international legal texts specifying the immunities and privileges assigned to them despite the fact that the diplomacy of international conferences and meetings is historically the first . The study of the specificity that characterizes the system of immunities and privileges established for conferences and temporary intergovernmental meetings prompted us to divide the study into two sections, the first: the problem of the legal system for international conference diplomacy, and the second: the types of immunities and privileges associated with the diplomacy of international governmental conferences.
