استعمالات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في الإعلام السياحي

Résumé: الملخص: يمثل الإعلام السياحي أحد الركائز الرئيسية للصناعة السياحية حيث يعد من بين أهم محفزات ودوافع السفر لدى أفراد المجتمع لممارسة النشاط السياحي واتخاذ قراراته من خلال ما يقدمه من مواد إعلامية جذابة حول المرافق والخدمات السياحية ومختلف مناطق الجذب السياحي، عن طريق مختلف الوسائل والتي من بينها وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول تبيان الدور الذي يلعبه الإعلام في دعم السياحة وكيف انعكس استعمال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على أداء مختلف الوسائل الإعلامية التي أعطت الإعلام السياحي ومستخدميه فرصا غير مسبوقة للتأثير والانتقال عبر الحدود بلا قيود وسهلت من عملية الترويج السياحي. Abstract : Touristic media represents one of the main pillars of the touristic industry. Besides, it is one of the most important incentives and motives of the members of the society for travel in order to practice tourism activity as well as to make their decisions. This latter is through its attractive informational materials about touristic facilities and services and various touristic areas through various means such as social media. Through this research paper, we will try to clarify the role of the media in supporting tourism and how did the use of social media affect the performance of the media. This latter gave the touristic media and its users unprecedented opportunities to influence and move across borders without restrictions and facilitated the process of tourism promotion.
