المكتبات الوطنية العربية على الويب:دراسة تقييمية لمواقع مكتبات الأرنن سوريا وتونس.

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على مدى حضور المكتبات الوطنية لدول الأردن، سوريا وتونس على الويب، والعمل على تقييم مواقعها الالكترونية. حيث تمثل هذه المواقع الالكترونية الواجهة الرئيسية للمكتبات الوطنية العيّنة، وتعرف بها وبخدماتها ووظائفها بالبيئة الرقمية. كما تسهم هذه المواقع في تسويق الخدمات ونشر المحتوى الرقمي عبر صفحاتها خاصة في ظل الوصول الحر للمعلومات، خدمة لمستفيديها وروادها. وقد اعتمد الباحثان في دراسة هذا الموضوع على المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلا الباحثان من خلال هذه الدراسة الى بعض النتائج ومن أبرزها: - تمتاز مواقع المكتبات الوطنية العيّنة بجودة عالية من خلال توفرها على كل الميزات والخصائص التي توفر للمستفيد والزائر الولوج السلس للمعلومات و سهولة الوصول الى الموقع وتوفره على كل الأدوات التي تساعد على تصفحه Abstract: This study aims to assess the online presence and evaluate the websites of national libraries in Jordan, Syria, and Tunisia. These websites serve as the primary interface for the sampled national libraries, showcasing their services and functions in the digital environment. Additionally, these websites contribute to marketing services and disseminating digital content through their pages, especially in light of the free access to information, as a service to their beneficiaries and users. The researchers adopted a descriptive methodology. Through this study, the researchers arrived at several results, including: • The sampled national library websites are characterized by high quality, providing all the features and characteristics that allow users and visitors seamless access to information and easy navigation of the site.
