Abstrat: The financing of the company is one of the important issues that guarantees its continuity, and the increase in the capital of the joint-stock company is part of the mechanisms that guarantee its financing.The importance of this process is that the company obtains financing without the need to go into debt. It is concluded from this study that the operation of increasing the capital of a joint-stock company can be carried out by obtaining funds other than those owned by the company, through external financing, and it can be done from of funds that are available to the business. company, the capital increase will therefore be carried out by internal financing.
