أهمية استخدام تقنيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (gis) في التخطيط السياحي_ دراسة تطبيقية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استخدام تقنيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في تخطيط الخدمات السياحية وتطويرها للقسم الجنوبي للحظيرة الوطنية لجرجرة، وكذا كيفية الاستفادة منها قصد تطوير إدارة القطاع السياحي في المنطقة. تجمع الدراسة بين النظرية والتطبيق حيث تشمل على جزء نظري يتناول مفاهيم عامة حول نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والتخطيط السياحي، وجزء تطبيقي يشمل على كيفية الاستفادة من تقنيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في إمكانية بناء قاعدة بيانات جغرافية لمنطقة الدراسة باستخدام برمجية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ARCgis2.2 . توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن استخدام تقنيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في التخطيط السياحي يوفر المعلومات لاتخاذ القرارات بسرعة وبدقة عالية والتي تكون مبنية على معلومات دقيقة وحديثة، بالإضافة إلى تقليص الزمن والتكاليف المستخدمة، وإذا ما تم استخدامها بالشكل الصحيح فإنها تساهم في تحديد الاحتياجات المستقبلية في القطاع السياحي. The objective of this study is to assert the use of Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques in tourism planning and development and to show its usage to improve tourism management of the region. It performs the theoretic and practical study, because the theoretic side treats the general concepts of the Geographic Information System (GIS) and tourism planning. The practical planning consists of the use of the ARCgis2.2 software to generate a survey and geographical database of the region. The study has several results and the most important is that the Geographic Information System (GIS) provide us with information to make decisions that can be imposed quickly based on precise information, which will save time and money. If this information is used well, it will help to plan future needs in order to develop the touristic sector in the National Park of Djurdjura
