مقاربة نظرية تحليلية للتقويم التربوي مشكلات وصعوبات تطبيقه في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات

Résumé: ملخص: يعد التقويم التربوي في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات أحد الأركان الأساسية الهامة في العملية التعليمية التعلمية، فهو الأسلوب العلمي الذي يتم من خلاله التشخيص الدقيق لعناصر العملية التعليمية، وكذا تعديل مسارها.إنّ التقويم التربوي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات جزء مكمل لهذه العملية، فهو أحد المؤشرات الضرورية للكشف عن مدى كفاءة مناهج وطرق واستراتيجيات التدريس المتبعة في ذلك، ومن ثم معرفة مدى تحقق الأهداف التربوية المنشودة. سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق للتقويم التربوي وأهم الاستراتيجيات والوسائل والأدوات المعتمدة فيه في منظومتنا التربوية الجزائرية، وما هي أهم المشكلات والصعوبات في تطبيق التقويم التربوي في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات ؟ Abstract: Educational evaluation in light of teaching by the competency approach is one of the important cornerstones of the educational learning process, as it is the scientific method through which an accurate diagnosis is made of the elements of the educational process, as well as the modification of its course. To reveal the efficiency of the curricula, methods and teaching strategies used in this, and then to know the extent to which the desired educational goals have been achieved We will try, through these research papers, to address educational evaluation and the most important strategies, means and tools adopted in it in our Algerian educational system, and what are the most important problems and difficulties in applying educational evaluation in light of teaching by approach with competencies
