Leadership Practice Among Women Between Acceptance And Rejection In The Sports Field Sociological Approach

Résumé: This study aims at the reality of addressing the issue of women's leadership practice between acceptance and rejection in the sports field through a sociological approach, as the researcher relied on the analytical approach of theories and studies that dealt with such a topic, and the most important result was that there is a conservative acceptance of women exercising leadership positions This is due to the reason of her inability to bear the difficulties and challenges she faces in assuming responsibility, and the study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was working to spread a culture of awareness in society about the basic and necessary role for women to exercise leadership tasks in a way that allows them to be customary and community culture
