دور مهرجان امدغاسن السينمائي الدولي في الترويج السياحي لولاية باتنة

Résumé: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة دور المهرجانات الثقافية في الترويج للسياحة من خلال التطبيق على مهرجان امدغاسن السينمائي الدولي في الترويج السياحي لولاية باتنة إذ يعد من المهرجانات حديثة النشأة في الجزائر وفي الولاية خاصة، وذلك باستعمال المنهج الوصفي من خلال التطرق إلى بعض المفاهيم ذات العلاقة بـ: الترويج السياحي، وظائفه، أهميته وأهدافه إضافة إلى المهرجانات السياحية، أنواعها وأهدافها والنتائج المحصل عليها من المقابلة المجراة مع محافظ المهرجان ومسؤول في مديرية السياحة للولاية. وتوصلت إلى أن المهرجان وبالرغم من بعض المشاكل التي صادفته كالقصور في الترويج له قبل الافتتاح بوقت كاف وضعف الميزانية التدعيمية له إلا أنه ساهم في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للولاية والتعريف بها، زيادة عدد المشاركين من زوار المهرجان سنويا، زيادة عدد السياح سنويا من مختلف أنحاء العالم، زيادة نسبة إشغال الفنادق خلال فترة المهرجان بالإضافة إلى توقع زيادة الاستثمارات في قطاع السياحة في الولاية بعد نجاح المهرجان، و أوصت الدراسة بتوفير برنامج سياحي مفصل كامل خلال الفترة الزمنية للمهرجان و توفير كتيبات ومطويات توزع على كافة المشاركين تغطي أهم المعالم السياحية في الولاية للتعريف بها. The research paper aims to study the role of cultural festivals in promoting tourism, focusing on Imedghassen International Film Festival in the tourism promotion of Batna Province. This festival is considered one of the newly established festivals in Batna. The study adopts a descriptive approach by addressing related concepts such as tourism promotion, its functions, importance, and objectives, in addition to exploring tourism festivals, their types, goals and results based on interviews conducted with the festival's director and an official from the province's Directorate of Tourism. The study concluded that, despite some challenges faced by the festival, such as insufficient promotion prior to its launch and a limited supporting budget, it contributed to improve the province's image and raising awareness about it. It also led to an annual increase in the number of participants and visitors to the festival, a rise in number of tourists from various parts of world, and an increase in hotel occupancy rates during the festival period. Furthermore, successful festival outcomes will boost investments in the tourism sector in Batna. The study recommended providing a detailed and comprehensive tourism program during the festival period and distributing brochures and to all participants, highlighting the province's main tourist attractions to further promote them.
