القيادة التحويلية وتأثيرها على ممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية دراسة حالة -الشركة الوطنية للنقل البري

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير نمط القيادة التحويلية على ممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملين في الشركة الوطنية لنقل البري SNTR، وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية وممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة في جميع الإطارات العاملة في الشركة ، واعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإبراز المفاهيم المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وتحليلها واستقراء النتائج، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم الاستبيان الذي شمل 34 فقرة لجمع المعلومات الأولية، حيث تم معالجة 274 استمارة استبيان بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي 23SPSS V، وذلك باستخدام الــعــديـــــد مـــــن الأساليب الإحصائية منها المتوسطات الحسابية و معامل الارتباط و الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تهتم بكل من القيادة التحويلية وممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، لتنتهي في الأخير هذه الدراسة بأن سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية تتأثر فقط ببعدين متمثلين في كل من الاعتبار الفردي والتأثير المثالي ( الجاذبية). This study aims to highlight the impact of transformational leadership style on the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors among employees of the National Land Transport Company SNTR, through research in the relationship between transformational leadership and the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors, and the study sample was represented in all the operating frameworks in the company, and the researchers adopted On the descriptive analytical approach to highlight the concepts related to the subject of the study, analyze it and extrapolate the results, and to achieve the goals of the study, the questionnaire was designed which included 34 paragraphs to collect preliminary information, where 274 questionnaires were processed by the statistical program 23SPSS V By using many statistical methods, including arithmetic averages, correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression, the study has reached a set of results, including the fact that the institution under study is very interested in both transformational leadership and the practice of organizational citizenship behaviors, to finally finish this study that organizational citizenship behaviors are affected Only two dimensions are represented by individual consideration and ideal effect (gravity).
