فعالية التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الجزائرية في ظل وباء كورونا من وجهة نظر الأساتذة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع وفعالية التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعات الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا " كوفيد 19" من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمته لأهداف الدراسة، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي "spss" لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من عينة الدراسة المتكونة من 250 أستاذ جامعي بكل من جامعة البويرة، بومرداس وتيزي وزو، وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن فعالية التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعات الثلاث في ظل تفشي وباء كورونا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وهذا راجع إلى المستوى المتوسط لخبرة وكفاءة الأساتذة في استخدام المنصات الإلكترونية، المستوى المتوسط لثقافة ووعي الطلبة بأهمية التعليم الإلكتروني، المستوى المتوسط لنتائج الطلبة ونسبة الانتقال إلى السنة الموالية، إضافة إلى المستوى المتوسط للبينة التحتية والدعم الفني بالجامعات الثلاث محل الدراسة. This study aimed to identify the reality and effectiveness of e-learning in Algerian universities in light of the Corona pandemic “Covid 19” from the university teacher’s point of view. It was collected from the study sample consisting of 250 university teacher’s at the University of Bouira, Boumerdes and Tizi Ouzou, and the study showed that the effectiveness of e-learning in the three universities in light of the outbreak of the Corona epidemic came to a medium degree, and this is due to the average level of experience and efficiency of teacher’s in using electronic platforms, The average level of students’ culture and awareness of the importance of e-learning, the average level of students’ results and the rate of transfer to the next year, in addition to the average level of infrastructure and technical support in the three universities under study.
