التقييم المالي للبنوك باستخدام مؤشرات نظام التقييم المصرفي الأمريكي Camels -دراسة حالة بنك الخليج الجزائر-

Résumé: إن تشخيص الوضع المالي للبنوك بأي دولة وتقييمه بفعالية وتحديد جوانب القصور بها، يعد من السبل الهامة للرقي بهذا القطاع وتطويره، لذلك فان هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على الوضعية المالية لبنك الخليج الجزائر باستخدام مؤشرات نظام التقييم المصرفي الأمريكي CAMELS قصد تشخيص وتقييم الأداء المالي له، حيث وبموجب هذا الأخير يعطى للبنك تصنيف : التقييم المالي، نظام التقييم CAMELS، عناصر نظام CAMELS، بنك الخليج الجزائر مركّب مبني على تقييم وتصنيف ستة عناصر رئيسية تتعلق بظروف البنك المالية والتشغيلية مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل من حجم البنك، درجة تعقيد نشاطاته والمخاطر التي تعترض نشاطاته، وتتمثل هذه العناصر في: كفاية رأس المال، جودة الأصول، سلامة الإدارة، الربحية ، السيولة ودرجة الحساسية لمخاطر السوق، ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى توفر العديد من نقاط القوة ببنك الخليج الجزائر، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود جوانب ضعف بالبنك والتي يجب تقليصها للنهوض به. The diagnosis and the efficient evaluation bank's of any country is considered as the most important ways used for its development and progress. Therefore, The aim of this study is to identify the financial situation of the Gulf Bank Algeria relying on a set of US banking evaluation system CAMELS. This latter gives each bank a complex rating based on the evaluation and the classification of six major elements related to the financial and the operating conditions of the bank taking into consideration all of the bank’s size, the complexity of its activities and the risks that can face its activities. These elements are: Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, Liquidity, Sensitivity To Market Risk. The study has found that the Gulf Bank Algeria has many strengths which their exploitation was not sufficient and didn’t reach the requested level. It revealed also some weaknesses that must be reduced for its promotion and development.
