الكفاءة الاقتصادية لاستخدام الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر بين الواقع والمأمول

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مصادر الطاقات المتجددة، ومدى إمكانیة استغلالها لكي تكون بدیلا للطاقات الأحفوریة في تحقيق الكفاءة الاقتصادية، في ظل مخططات البرنامج الوطني للطاقات المتجددة (2015-2030). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تتمتع بخصائص جغرافية ومناخية هامة تسمح لها بإمكانية استغلال مصادر الطاقات المتجددة لاسيما الطاقة الشمسية، في ظل إستراتيجية واضحة المعالم للنهوض باقتصاد بديل للمحروقات، مع الأخذ بالاعتبار تكلفة إنتاج الطاقة من المصادر المتجددة معیارا مهما ینبغي الاستناد إليه. This study aims to shed light on the sources of renewable energies, and the extent to which they can be exploited in order to be an alternative to fossil energies in achieving economic efficiency, in light of the plans of the National Renewable Energy Program (2015-2030). The study concluded that Algeria enjoys important geographical and climatic characteristics that allow it to exploit renewable energy sources, especially solar energy, in light of a clear strategy to promote an alternative economy for hydrocarbons, taking into account the cost of energy production from renewable sources as an important criterion that should be based.
