Résumé: ملخص: الورقة البحثية تسلط الضوء على أهمية حماية الملكية الفكرية داخل الجامعات في عصر يشهد تطورًا غير مسبوق في مجالي الرقمنة والذكاء الاصطناعي. مع التقدم التكنولوجي السريع، أصبحت الجامعات مراكز رئيسية لتوليد واستخدام البيانات والأفكار بكفاءة، مما يضعها أمام تحديات معقدة لضمان حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية للباحثين والطلاب، تعتمد حماية هذه الحقوق على صياغة سياسات واضحة ومتماسكة تدعم الابتكار وتحمي الأفكار الإبداعية في بيئة متطورة، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة مراعاة القوانين المتعلقة بحقوق الطبع والنشر، وبراءات الاختراع، والعلامات التجارية، فمع التطورات المتسارعة في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ظهرت تحديات جديدة لم تكن قائمة من قبل، مثل إنتاج ابتكارات بواسطة خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ما يطرح تساؤلات قانونية معقدة حول حقوق الملكية الفكرية لهذه الابتكارات، تواجه الجامعات أيضاً تحديات في ضمان الاستخدام السليم للبيانات والمعلومات مع حماية حقوق المؤلفين والباحثين، وتجنب الانتهاكات غير المتعمدة التي قد تحدث بسبب تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتقدمة. Abstract: The research paper highlights the importance of intellectual property protection within universities in an era marked by unprecedented advancements in digitalization and artificial intelligence. With rapid technological progress, universities have become key centers for efficiently generating and utilizing data and ideas, placing them in the face of complex challenges to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights for researchers and students. The protection of these rights relies on the formulation of clear and coherent policies that support innovation and safeguard creative ideas in an evolving environment, as well as the need to adhere to laws related to copyright, patents, and trademarks. With the fast-paced developments in artificial intelligence, new challenges have emerged that did not exist before, such as the production of innovations by AI algorithms, raising complex legal questions regarding intellectual property rights for these creations. Universities also face challenges in ensuring the proper use of data and information while protecting the rights of authors and researchers, and avoiding unintended violations that may occur due to advanced AI technologies.
