محددات الإنتاج الزراعي في الجزائر باستخدام دالةcobb-douglas دراسة قياسية للفترة (2003-2014)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم محددات الإنتاج الزراعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2003-2014 ، والتي لها دور في تفسير سلوك دالة الإنتاج الزراعي من خلال الشكل العام لدالة Cobb-Douglas. ولبلوغ أهداف الدراسة تمت نمذجة العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتمثلة في العمالة الزراعية، الأراضي المزروعة، الري، المخصبات ومعامل الإنتاجية الكلية، والمتغير التابع المتمثل في الناتج الزراعي. لتقدير دالة الإنتاج تم الاعتماد على أسلوب الانحدار المتعدد ونموذجARDL,حيث توصلت الدراسة على المدى الطويل إلى وجود علاقة توازنية بين عناصر الإنتاج والإنتاج الزراعي: فبزيادة الأرض، العمالة، الري، والمخصبات يترتب عليه الزيادة في الإنتاج الزراعي بنسبة إما أكبر أو أقل من نسبة الزيادة في تلكالعناصر الإنتاجية المستخدمة،أما على المدى القصير تم إيجاد علاقة إيجابية بين الأراضي الزراعية والإنتاج الزراعي والتي يطلق عليها مصطلح تزايد الغلة مع الحجم. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دالة الإنتاج الزراعي الجزائري تتبع قانون الغلة المتناقصة. Summary: The study examines determinates of Algerian agricultural production growth during the period 2003-2014, using the Cobb-Douglas production function where the independent variables was represented by:labor, land, irrigation, fertilizers andagriculturaltotal factor productivity TFP, and the dependent variable of agricultural production. In the resent to estimate the production function weuse the multiple regression method and the ARDL model, The main results of this study are that: first In the long term, there is a balanced relationship between the production factors (land, labor, irrigation, and fertilizers) and agricultural production. Second in the short term, the relationship between land and agricultural production, explained by law of increasing return of scale. Finally the study concluded that the Algerian agricultural production function follows thediminishing return of scale law.
