الانسان بين الحقوق والواجبات الاسرية وفق النصوص الكتابية

Résumé: من الأمور التي حرصت الديانات على تنظيمها هي علاقات الناس فيما بينهم، وإن كانت حقوق الناس على بعضهم البعض تختلف حسب المكانة والقرابة، ومن أكثر الناس قرابة بين البشر الآباء والأبناء، وقد عنت بهذا الموضوع الديانات الكتابية عناية كبيرة، ففي اليهودية والمسيحية والإسلام على السواء، نجد بيانا لمسئولية الآباء اتجاه أبنائهم، حيث يتوجب عليهم تربيتهم تربية دينية وبدنية وعقلية، والتكفل بشؤون معاشهم إلى غاية بلوغ سن التكليف الذي حددته كل شريعة، وفي هذه المرحلة يؤمر الأبناء بكل الأوامر الدينية التي تُحدد انتمائهم وهويتهم، وبعد الكبر ينتقل الواجب من الآباء إلى الأبناء، حيث يُلزم الأبناء بحسن الاستماع لآبائهم وطاعتهم في ما لا يخالف الشرع، توجب الاعتناء بالوالدين كرد جميل لهم، ويُحرم على الأبناء إدايتهم بأي شكل من أشكال الأذى المادي أو المعنوي، وشددت الديانة اليهودية العقوبة في حق من يضرب والديه ويعتدي عليهم، حيث حكمت عليه بالموت، وأوجبت الديانة الإسلامية الاستمرار بالإحسان للوالدين حتى بعد وفاتهما. SUMMARY : Among the things that religions have been keen to organize are the relationships of people among themselves, although the rights of people to each other differ according to status and kinship. in between people most related to human beings are fathers and children, and the biblical religions have taken great care in this matter In Judaism, Christianity and Islam alike, we find a statement of the responsibility of fathers towards their children Where they are required to educate them religiously, physically and mentally, and take care of the affairs of their livelihood until reaching the age of mandate determined by each Sharia At this stage, the children are commanded with all religious orders that determine their belonging and identity After adulthood, the duty is transferred from parents to children, as children are obligated to listen carefully to their parents and obey them in a manner that does not contradict Sharia .Parents must be taken care of as a beautiful response to them, and children are forbidden to harm them in any form of material
