حماية الحق في الاسم العائلي للطفل كأحد مظاهر الحماية المدنية.

Résumé: الملخص : الطفل في المجتمع له حقوق كفلتها الشريعة الاسلامية والقانون الوضعي على حد سواء ومنه القانون المدني وقانون الأسرة وقانون الحالة المدنية الذي يضمن للطفل الحق في الإسم بمعناه الواسع ويعد اللقب هو نتيجة لحق أخر من حقوق الطفل وهو الحق في النسب وهذا الأخير ينتج بدوره عن الزواج الصحيح كما أن هناك بعض الظروف الطارئة التي تحل بالمجتمع وأزمات ينجر عنها مأساة لأطفال لا ذنب لهم والتي يجد فيها الطفل نفسه بدون لقب ونقصد بذلك الطفل مجهول النسب. ومن أجل ذلك تم تقرير وسائل لحماية هذا الحق و التي تعتبر أحد مظاهر الحماية المدنية للطفل.
