الآليات القانونية لحماية الحيوانات المهدّدة بالانقراض

Résumé: أقرّت الجزائر وعلى غرار باقي الدول العربية أو الغربية حماية قانونية للثروة الحيوانية خاصة تلك المهددة بخطر الانقراض، وهذا ما ترجمته الترسانة القانونية المخصصة لذلك، وهذا منذ فجر الاستقلال اضافة إلى انشاء المحميات الطبيعة التي تهتم بتنمية هذه الثروة وحمايتها. وسعيا لتظافر الجهود لتوفير حماية أكثر فعّالية تم ابرام اتفاقيات دولية واقليمية لحماية البيئة من مختلف الأخطار التي قد تهددها، بما في ذلك حماية الثروة الحيوانية من خطر الانقراض الذي يهدد وجودها.
