الحاجات النفسية لدى الطالب الجامعي في ضوء نظرية تقرير الذات

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الحاجات النفسية لدى الطالب الجامعي بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) طالبا وطالبة. استخدم الباحثان مقياس الحاجات النفسية لديسي وريان، لمعالجة بيانات البحث استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: معامل الارتباط بيرسون، معامل الفا كرو نباخ، النسب المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، التكرارات واختبار "ت". اسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي: مستوى الحاجات النفسية (الاستقلالية، الكفاءة، الانتماء) لدى الطالب الجامعي بجامعة أم البواقي متوسط. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أبعاد الحاجات النفسية (الكفاءة –الاستقلالية -الانتماء) تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث) لدى طلبة أم البواقي. This study aimed to identify the level of psychological needs of the university student at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Oum El Bouaghi University. The descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (150) male and female students. The researchers used the Psychological Needs Scale of Desi and Ryan, to process the research data, the following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha-Cro-Nbach coefficient, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequencies and "t" test. The results of the study revealed the following: The level of psychological needs (independence, competence, belonging) of the university student at Oum El Bouaghi University is average. There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of psychological needs (efficiency - independence - affiliation) according to the gender variable (males - females) among the students of Oum El Bouaghi.
