موقف خير الدين التونسي من قضايا عصره في الدولة العثمانية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تتبع موقف رائد الحركة الإصلاحية التونسية خير الدين التونسي (1820- 1890م) ومدى تفاعله مع بعض القضايا العثمانية التي عاصرها خلال السنوات التي زار فيها إسطنبول إثر المهام الموكلة إليه من قبل بايات تونس، وأثناء توليه الصدارة العظمى في الدولة العثمانية. وذلك انطلاقا مما ورد في مؤلفيه "أقوم المسالك في معرفة أحوال الممالك" و"مذكرات خير الدين باشا ". فلطالما أبدى خير الدين مواقف مؤيدة وأخرى متحفظة تجاه الإصلاحات والتنظيمات العثمانية، إلى جانب المسألة المصرية بما فيها قضية الخديوي إسماعيل والديون التي أقحم مصر فيها، وكيفية تعامل الدولة العثمانية مع الثورة العرابية بمصر. فضلا عن مسألة التبيعة والاستقلال لبعض أقاليم الدولة العثمانية بما فيها تونس. This study seeks to track the position of the leader of the Tunisian reformist movement, Khair Al-Din Al- 1820- 1890, and the extent to which he interacted with some of the Ottoman issues that he had pursued during the years when he visited Istanbul following the tasks entrusted to him by the states of Tunisia, and while he took great prominence in the Ottoman State. According to the authors, "Aouam el masalik fi ahwel el mamalik ;" and "The Memoirs of Khair al-Din Pasha." In addition to the Egyptian issue, including the case of Khadewi Ismail, the debt that brought Egypt into Egypt, and how the Ottoman State dealt with the Arab Revolution in Egypt, Good Religion has always demonstrated both supportive and conservative attitudes towards Ottoman reforms and regulations. as well as the question of insurance and independence for certain territories of the Ottoman State, including Tunisia.
