Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بشيخ من شيوخ الجزائر الدكتور عبد الرحمن طالب رحمة الله عليه خادم السنة النبوية من خلال دراسة كتابه الذي جمع بين الفقه و الحديث " العلوم الفقهية الإسلامية من خلال الأحاديث النبوية "هذا الكتاب الذي كان له منهج خاص في شرح الحديث النبوي واستنباط الفقه منه فجاء الكتاب جامعا بين علم الحديث وعلم الفقه ، بأسلوب سهل مع قوة الحجة والدليل مؤيدا للمذهب السائد وجامعا بين العلم العتيق والمعاصر حيث العزو من المصادر المختصرات وكتب التراث، في نسق أكاديمي حديث. Abstract: This study aims to define introduce a sheikh from the Algerian sheikhs, Dr. Abdurrahman Taleb, the servant of the Prophet's Sunnah through the study of a book of his many books in the modern Islamic jurisprudence sciences through the Prophet's Hadiths. This book has a special approach in explaining the Hadith and devising the fiqh. Combining the science of modern and jurisprudence, in an easy manner with the strength of argument and evidence in favor of the prevailing doctrine and a collector between the ancient and contemporary science where the attribution of sources Abbreviations and heritage books in a modern academic format.
