تمكين المرأة كألية لتحقيق أهداف السياسة السكانية في الجزائر دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء المتزوجات بمدينة الأغـــــــواط

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة واقع تمكين المرأة ودوره في تحقيق أهداف السياسة السكانية والمتمثلة في التحكم في عدد المواليد، لهذا سنحاول تسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة الديمغرافية الهامة (الخصوبة) لكونها المحدد الرئيسي لنمو السكان، ولفت الانتباه إليها من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء المتزوجات بمدينة الأغواط ، حيث تمت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة مكونة من (132 إمرأة)، حيث تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية، وقد تم جمع بيانات الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الكمي والكيفي وأداة الاستمارة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة السكانية غير المباشر والمتمثلة في سياسية تمكين المرأة عن طريق الاهتمام بتعليمها وكذا إقحامها في سوق العمل، لها دور مباشر وواضح في التأثير على مستويات الخصوبة لدى النساء الجزائريات . Abstract: this study aimed to attempt to identify the reality of women's empowerment and its role in achieving the objectives of population policy, consisted in the control of the number of births. Therefore, we will try to shed light on this important demographic phenomenon (fertility), because it is the main determinant of population growth, and to give it importance through conducting a field study on a sample of married women in the city of Laghouat, where the study was conducted on a sample of (132 women), as they were selected in an intentional manner. The study data were collected based on the quantitative and qualitative approach and the tool of the questionnaire. The study concluded that the indirect population policy represented in the policy of empowering women by paying attention to their education as well as their involvement in the labor market has a direct and clear role in influencing the fertility levels of Algerian women.
