أثر إمكانيات المرافقة الجامعية في تجسيد المؤسسات الناشئة " مشاريع القرار الوزاري 1275 لطلبة جامعة أدرار"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر قدرات وإمكانيات هيئات المرافقة المقاولاتية الجامعية، على مستوى حاضنة أعمال جامعة أدرار في تجسيد الأفكار الإبداعية للطلبة في شكل مؤسسات ناشئة من خلال أبعاد المرافقة المقاولاتية (التكوين، المرافقة الفردية، حماية الأفكار، تشجيع المشاركة في المعارض والمسابقات)، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام استبيان وزع على الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع التي تدخل في إطار القرار الوزاري 1275، والذين تم توطين مشاريعهم في حاضنة جامعة أدرار التي تم انشاؤها في 23 نوفمبر 2022 تحت رقم علامة 2311223050، التي تم انشاؤها تزامنا وانطلاق القرار الوزاري حيث تم توزيع 58 استبيان، المسترجع منها 45 استمارة أما الصحيحة المعتمدة في التحليل والمعالجة هي 42 فقط استمارة، وكانت نتيجة الدراسة إلى أن هناك إدراك مدى إدراك الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع في إطار القرار الوزاري 1275 لأبعاد المرافقة المقاولاتية، ولا توجد أي فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية تغزى إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية This study aims to identify the impact of the capabilities and capabilities of university entrepreneurial accompaniment bodies, at the level of the business incubator of Adrar University, in embodying students’ creative ideas in the form of emerging institutions through the dimensions of entrepreneurial accompaniment.(Training, individual accompaniment, protection of ideas, encouragement of participation in exhibitions and competitions)To achieve this purpose, the study relied on the descriptive analytical method using a questionnaire distributed to students who owned projects that fell within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275, and whose projects were localized in the Adrar University incubator that was established on November 23, 2022 under the trademark number 2311223050, which was established simultaneously with the launch of the project. Ministerial decision, where 58 questionnaire forms were distributed 45 questionnaires were retrieved, while the valid forms for analysis and processing are 42. The study concluded that there is an understanding of the extent to which students who own projects within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275 understand the dimensions of entrepreneurial accompaniment, and there are no statistically significant differences attributable to demographic variables.
