Résumé: الملخص : يلعب الحكم الراشد دورا هاما في عملية تكريس ادارة تقوم بأعمالها في اطار شفاف ونزيه ، وبالتالي العمل على مكافحة كل مظاهر السلبية التي كانت ومازالت تمس بمختلف اركان الادارة الاقليمية المحلية والتي من بينها ظاهرة الفساد ، الامر الذي ادى الى اهتزاز الثقة بين المواطن المحلي والمجالس المحلية وادى الى ان يكون الحكم الراشد المنهج والاداة التي من خلال مختلف مظاهرها الوسيلة المثلى للقضاء على كل اشكال الفساد والعمل على ترقية والارتقاء بأداء العمل الاداري المحلي بما يخدم الساكنة المحلية . Abstract: Good governance plays an important role in the process of establishing an administration that operates in a transparent and impartial framework, thereby combating all manifestations of negativity that have been and continue to affect the various pillars of local territorial administration, including the phenomenon of corruption. This has shaken trust between local citizens and local councils, and has led to a general approach and instrument that, through its various manifestations, is the best way to eliminate all forms of corruption and promoting and improving the performance of local administrative work to serve the local population.
