Résumé: This study aims to find out the analysis of bank loans directed to small and medium enterprises, and the procedures for granting them by banks. It also aimed to find out the impact of bank loans on the growth of small and medium enterprises. In order to find out about this study, the Algerian People's Loan Bank - under the agency of Hassi Messaoud - was selected during the time period from 2016 to 2019. The study used the descriptive approach with regard to the theoretical aspect of "the basics and concepts about bank loans directed to small and medium enterprises, while the analytical approach was used in the applied aspect." In an analytical study of loans directed to small and medium enterprises at the Algerian People’s Credit Bank, where indicators and financial balance ratios were used to analyze the results during the time period 2016-2018, in addition to using the Excel program to display the results. As for the year 2019, the institution paid the value of the loan to the bank, including the principal. The results of the study concluded that the bank under study agreed to grant the loan advance on invoices and overdraft to the institution requesting the loan due to its inability in the exploitation cycle due to its inability to pay its dues
