تشغيل المحكوم عليهم في المؤسسات العقابية

Résumé: تعتمد السياسة العقابية الحديثة عدة أساليب لمعاملة المحكوم عليهم نهائيا وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع تعد هذه الأساليب دعم لتحقيق أهدافها والتي الغرض منها إصلاح المحكوم عليه، من بين الأساليب التي تنتهجها السياسة العقابية الحديثة تشغيل المحكوم عليهم نهائيا في المؤسسات العقابية بحيث يعتبر العمل العقابي من الحقوق التي تضمنتها المواثيق الدولية والمكفولة دستوريا في معظم الدول، للعمل العقابي دور كبير في إعادة تأهيل وإصلاح المحكوم عليه وإدماجه في المجتمع وحقق ذلك عدة أهداف في إطار المعاملة العقابية،المشرع الجزائري من خلال قانون تنظيم السجون سنة 2005 أولى أهمية كبيرة لتشغيل المحكوم عليهم في إطار العمل العقابي بالمؤسسات العقابية وجعل منه أسلوب وبرنامج من برامج المعاملة العقابية. Modern penal policy adopts various methods for dealing with individuals who have been definitively convicted and reintegrating them into society. These methods support achieving the policy’s primary objectives, which aim at the rehabilitation of the convicted individual. Among the approaches embraced by modern penal policy is the employment of convicts within correctional institutions، Penal labor is considered a right guaranteed by international conventions and constitutionally upheld in most countries. It plays a significant role in rehabilitating and reforming convicts, facilitating their reintegration into society, while achieving multiple objectives within the framework of penal treatment. The Algerian legislator, through the Prison Organization Law of 2005, placed great emphasis on employing convicts as part of penal labor within correctional institutions. This approach has been established as a method and program within the broader framework of penal treatment.
