مساهمة الترقية كآلية لتحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي - دراسة حالة عينة من أستاذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية والعلوم التسيير بجامعة الجلفة-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مساهمة الترقية في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الجلفة، وبناءاً على ذلك تم تصميم إستبانة باعتبارها الأداة الأنسب للدراسة، شملت الخصائص الأولية ومتغيري الدراسة ب (20) عبارة وزعت على عينة عشوائية من المجتمع المدروس، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها: أن الترقية بشكل عام ترافق تحسينات الأداء، بالإضافة إلى ضعف أنظمة الأجور والمكافآت ونظام تقييم أدائهم، كون أن نظام التقييم لا يرتكز على أسس ومعايير محددة بشكل واضح تدمج كل المجهودات الفعلية للأستاذ الجامعي. This study aimed to uncover the contribution of promotion in improving the performance of a university professor from the viewpoint of professors of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at University of Djelfa. Accordingly, a questionnaire was designed as the most appropriat tool for the study. the primary characteristics and study variables included (20) phrase distributed On a random sample of the studied community, and after statistical treatment, a set of results were reached, including that promotion in general accompanies performance improvements, in addition to the weakness of the pay and bonus systems and the system for evaluation their performance, since the evaluation system is not based on clearly defined foundations and criteria that integrate all actual efforts For university professor
