تقيم كفاءة نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج سوناطراك حوض بركاوي

Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى تقيم كفاءة نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية كأداة مساهمة في عملية تسيير الموارد البشرية , على مستوى المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج حوض بركاوي قسم المستخدمين ,ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم جمع البيانات اللازمة ثم صياغتها إلى استبيان, تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية تقدر ب 16 فرد , وفي مقابل ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة وكذلك الاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS , إضافة إلى الزيارة الميدانية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة والاعتماد على الملاحظة و المقابلات الشخصية مع مدير قسم المستخدمين و رؤساء مصالح و أعوان القسم، وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى ان نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج حوض بركاوي كفؤ من حيث الأجهزة و الشبكات لكن من جهة اخرى فالمؤسسة لا تستغله بشكل كامل خاصة في مصلحة التوظيف و التكوين . The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency information system as a tool in the process of human resource management , at the level of the Regional Directorate of the production of the Berkaoui basin Users section to achieve the objectives of this study, the necessary data were collected and then drafted into a questionnaire, was distributed to a target sample estimated at 16 individuals,in contrast ,was used descriptive analytical approach to reach the results of the study and also rely on the statistical program SPSS ,in addition to the field visit of the institution under study and rely on observation and personal interviews with the director of the user section and the heads of interests and agents section .Finally, we reached the efficiency of the human resources information system in the regional directorate of the Barkawi Basin, despite the lack of optimal and total exploitation, especially in the employment and training departement .
