دور الإفصاح المحاسبي في تحقيق مبدأ الكفاءة في سوق الأوراق المالية

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار أهمية الإفصاح المحاسبي في تحقيق مبدأ كفاءة سوق الأوراق المالية، هذه الأخيرة تتطلب الحصول على جميع المعلومات الضرورية في الوقت المناسب لإتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة في سوق الأوراق المالية، أي أن أسعار الأدوات المالية في ظل هذا المبدأ تعكس المعلومات الواردة إليها، وما يضمن الحصول على هذه المعلومات هو الإفصاح المحاسبي الذي يهدف إلى عرض وتقديم البيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بنشاطات الشركة إلى الأطراف المستفيدة منها بصورة كاملة وملائمة وفي الوقت المناسب. ومحاولة منا لإظهار الدور الذي يلعبه الإفصاح المحاسبي في تحقيق مبدأ كفاءة سوق الأوراق المالية تم الإعتماد على الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال، التي من خلالها تم التوصل إلى أن الإفصاح المحاسبي هو الركيزة الأساسية وحجر الأساس لتحقيق الكفاءة في سوق الأوراق المالية وذلك عن طريق توفير المعلومات الضرورية للمستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية، وعليه يجب الإهتمام وتشجيع الإفصاح الكامل والعمل على التوسع فيه دون مبالغة. Abstract: This research aims to show the importance of accounting disclosure in achieving the principle of efficiency of the stock market. The latter requires obtaining all the necessary information in time to make good decisions in the stock market, that is, the prices of financial instruments under this principle reflect the information received, Access to this information is ensured by accounting disclosure, which aims to present and present the data and information about the Company's activities to its beneficiaries in a complete, timely and appropriate manner. An attempt by us to demonstrate the role of accounting disclosure in achieving the principle of efficiency of the stock market has been based on previous studies in this field, in which it was concluded that accounting disclosure is the cornerstone and the cornerstone for achieving efficiency in the stock market by providing the necessary information To investors in the stock market, and therefore should be interested and encourage full disclosure and work to expand without exaggeration.
