الأمن الصحي والمجتمعي للطفولة من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية
Résumé: الملخص: نبحث في هذه الأوراق مقاربة سوسيولوجية لظاهرة الإعاقة الذهنية في علاقتها بالأمن الصحي والمجتمعي للطفولة. بعرض مفاهيمها، وتقديم حاجات الأطفال الحاملين لها، والتشريعات التي حفظت من خلالها أمنهم الصحي والمجتمعي. ونعرض أيضا بعض المشكلات للتأخر العقلي لدى الأطفال الحاملين للإعاقة الذهنية. منتهجين الوصف والتحليل، ومعتمدين على ملاحظات الباحث ومقابلاته لعدد من أسرهم. استخلصنا بعد التحليل أن الأمن الصحي والمجتمعي لهذه الفئة، لا زال ضيق الأفق، بيئته تتكرر فيها الإساءة والعنف والوُصُوم السلبية، بعيدا عن التشريعات والقوانين التي لازالت شكلية وتقليدية، غير قادرة على تغيير ثقافة الأسرة والمجتمع. Abstract : We look at these papers as a sociological approach to the phenomenon of intellectual disability in relation to the health and community security of childhood. By presenting their concepts, presenting the needs of children with them, and legislation through which they have preserved their health and community security. We also present some problems of mental delay in children with intellectual disabilities. Using description and analysis, relying on the researcher's observations and interviews with several of their families.
