الهندسة المالية الإسلامية كمدخل حديث لإدارة مخاطر الأعمال الإستثمارية بالبنوك الإسلامية -دراسة حالة في بنك البركة الجزائري للفترة (2013- 2018) -

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على مخاطر الأعمال الإستثمارية بالبنوك الإسلامية وما قدمته الهندسة المالية الإسلامية لمواجهتها،ومن أجل ذلك إتبعنا المنهجين الوصفي والمعياري الأول لجمع الحقائق حول صيغ الإستثمار والمخاطر المرتبطة بها،والثاني لإستخراج النسب لقياس المخاطر في بنك البركة الجزائري. وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن إدارة المخاطر في بنك البركة تقتصر على صيغ البيوع كالمرابحة والإجارة وتقل في المشاركة وتنعدم في المضاربة،وبإمكان الهندسة المالية الإسلامية تركيز تقنياتها لإدارة مخاطر صيغ المرابحة والمضاربة والإجارة لتخفيض مخاطر التمويل. The study aims to identify the risks of investment business in islamic banks and Islamic Financial engineering provided to confront them,and for this we have followed the descriptive and normative approaches,the first to collect facts about investment formulas and associated risks, and the second to extract ratios for measuring risks in the algerian Al-Baraka bank . Finally,we concluded that risk management at Al baraka bank is limited to sales formulas such as murabaha and leasing,less participation and no speculation ,and islamic financial engineering can focus its techniques to manage the risks of murabaha ,speculation and leasing formulas to reduce financing risks.
