حماية المستهلك من الشروط التعسفية في العقد الالكتروني
Résumé: الملخص: إن المستهلك في إطار المعاملات التجارية الإلكترونية يحتاج إلى حماية من التصرفات الانفرادية للمتدخل خاصة حمايته من الشروط التعسفية التي قد ينفرد بوضعها المتدخل لمصلحته, لهذا سارع المشرع لسن قوانين لتوفير أكبر قدر من الحماية للمستهلك الذي يعتبر الطرف الضعيف في العلاقة التعاقدية . وسنتطرق لمعالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال هده الدراسة المعنونة ب:"حماية المستهلك من الشروط التعسفية في العقد الالكتروني ". Abstract: In the context of electronic commercial transactions, the consumer needs protection from the arbitrary conditions that may be unique to the interfering situation in his interest . This is why the legislator hastened to enact laws to provide the greatest degree of protection for the consumer. who is considered the weak party in the contractual relationship . We will address this issue through the study entitled: Consumer protection from arbitrary terms in the electronic contract.
