الشبكات الاجتماعية آلية للتحكم في الأزمة عبر الفضاء الإلكتروني

Résumé: تؤسس ورقتنا البحثية على أحد أهم الأنشطة الاتصالية الالكترونية التي تفرض مكانتها الاجتماعية كإحدى المؤسسات المجتمع التي تحقق تماسك المجتمع وتكامل وظائفه ؛والتي تتمثل في وسائل الإعلام الاجتماعية ومنصاتها المختلفة. حيث نناقش إحدى الاستراتيجيات المبتكرة التي تركز على التسويق لمؤشرات حدوث الأزمة عبر هذه المنصات الاجتماعية، وذلك انطلاقا من نظام التنبؤ الذي تتمتع به كل مؤسسة تدرك جيدا مكونات البيئة التي تنشط فيها باختلاف نشاطها وحجمها واتساعها وتطور كوادرها البشرية ومكوناتها المادية، والذي سيحقق النجاح للمؤسسة في إحدى أهم المراحل في إدارة الأزمة وهو التحكم بها واحتوائها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي قبل حدوثها وتقليل وقوعها بعد حدوثها لدى الجماهير. Abstract Our research paper is based on one of the most important electronic communication activities that impose its social status as one of the social institutions that achieve the cohesion of the society and the integration of its functions, which is represented in the social media and its various platforms. Where we discuss one of the innovative strategies that focus on marketing indicators of the crisis through these social platforms, starting from the prediction system of each institution is well aware of the components of the environment in which it is active in different activity and size and breadth and development of human cadres and their physical components. Which will achieve the success of the institution in one of the most important stages in the management of the crisis is to control and contain them through social networking platforms before they occur and reduce the occurrence after the occurrence of the masses. ;
