الجريمة والمجتمع مفاهيم ونظريات، بعض الاسقاطات على المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: تعد الجريمة ظاهرة عالمية، تنخر كل المجتمعات باختلاف أحجامها وثقافتها ومدى تطورها، فلا يمكن لأي مجتمع من المجتمعات أن يخلو منها تماما، ولقد تجلى الإهتمام بدراسة الجريمة من قبل المختصين من رجال القانون وعلماء الإجتماع، الإجرام وعلم النفس بغية الوصول إلى تشخيص هذه الظاهرة والبحث عن الأسباب والعوامل التي تقف وراءها، وهذا للحد منها والتقليل من أخطارها وآثارها الوخيمة على الفرد والمجتمع، وذلك من خلال البرامج الوقائية والمؤسسات العقابية وإعادة التربية والتأهيل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري، من خلال التطرق إلى أهم النظريات المفسرة للجريمة، مع الإحاطة بالعوامل المتحكمة فيها، والآثار المترتبة على الفرد والمجتمع، وفي الأخير عرض الأساليب المتبعة في الوقاية والتصدي لها. : Abstract Crime is global phenomenon, found in all societies in different sizes, cultures and levels of development. No society can be completely devoid of it. Interest in the study of crime has been demonstrated by specialists, lawmen, criminologists, sociologists and psychologists, in order to reach the diagnosis of this phenomenon and search for the reasons and factors.
