واقع الابتكارات المالية في البنوك: البنوك العمومية الجزائرية أنموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح أحد مجالات الابتكار المالي الخاص بالقطاع البنكي، وذلك من خلال إعطاء صورة عن مختلف التغيرات التي لحقت بالعمل المصرفي، خاصة بعد التطورات التي شهدتها تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال واجتهاد البنوك العمومية الجزائرية لتقديم خدمات ممتازة لعملائها وتلبية رغباتهم، بالإضافة إلى مواكبة مجالات الابتكارات المالية المصرفية. وتعالج هذه الورقة الإشكالية التالية: ما هو واقع الابتكارات المالية في البنوك العمومية الجزائرية، وماهي أهم المنتجات المالية المبتكرة؟ وعليه، فقد هدف المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على مجالات الابتكار المالي في البنوك العمومية الجزائرية من خلال دراسة مسحية تركز على أهم المنتجات المالية المبتكرة المتعامل بها حاليا. وتوصل البحث إلى أن الابتكارات المالية في البنوك الجزائرية مازالت في بداية الطريق، لافتقار القطاع البنكي لبيئة إبداعية وخلاقة تساهم في تطوير الصناعة المصرفية. وبالتالي، فهي بحاجة إلى الإدماج الإيجابي والفعال للابتكارات المالية لزيادة تنافسيتها وفعاليتها في النظام المصرفي ككل. This paper aims to clarify one of the areas of financial innovations in the banking sector, by giving an image of the various changes that have taken place in the banking business, especially after the developments in information and communication technology, in addition to the diligence of the Algerian public banks to provide excellent customer service and keep abreast of the areas of banking innovation. The paper deals with the following question: What is the reality of financial innovations in the Algerian public banks, and what are the most important innovative financial products? Accordingly, the article aims to highlight the areas of financial innovation in Algerian public banks through a survey process focusing on the most important innovative financial products currently being dealt with. The research concluded that the financial innovations in the Algerian banks are still at the beginning, because the banking sector requires an innovative environment that contributes to the development of the banking industry. Therefore, it needs the positive and effective integration of financial innovations to increase their competitiveness and effectiveness in the banking system as a whole.
