مصادر التمويل البديلة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في ظل التحرير المالي دراسة مقارنة بين مؤسسةentp و مجموعة مؤسسات الحفر المنافسة خلال الفترة 2011-20185
Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى اظهار تأثير التحرير المالي على مصادر تمويل المؤسسات الاقتصادية ونعني بذلك أهم البدائل التمويلية المتاحة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث يظهر الأثر بتحليل الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة وطرق تمويلها وفي ذلك تم اختيار المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الابار ENTP خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2011 الى غاية 2015؛ وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة ENTP مستعينين بمؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية باستخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel 2013، اضافة لمجموعة النسب المالية التي تبين هيكلة الأموال لثلاث مؤسسات في الدول النامية والمتقدمة؛ وتوصلت الدراسة لقدرة المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الابار على تغطية وتمويل أصولها بأموالها الخاصة فقط، وكان لجوئها للاستدانة يقتصر على الآجال القصير بسبب تأخر زبائنها عن الدفع، إضافة لعدم استخدمها للبدائل التمويلية المستحدثة وهي بذلك تقلل فرصها في تعظيم مردوديتها عكس نظيراتها في الدول النامية والمتقدمة، لكن من جهة أخرى فان الاستقلالية المالية للمؤسسة تعتبر مؤشرا جيد لكونها الرائدة في السوق. This research aim to show the financial liberalization effect on financing sources of economic firms, and we mean the most important financing alternatives, in which The impact show by analyzing a financial situation off this economic firms and their method; For this, we used the analytical descriptive approach to analyzing the financial situation of ENTP, and we used financial balance indicators and financial ratios using Microsoft Excel 2013 also, same financial ratios to show the structure of funds for three firms in developing and developed countries; The study concluded for the ability of ENTP to cover and finance its assets with its own funds only, and its borrowing resources for short term due to the delay of its payment customers, also it not using innovative financing alternatives, which reduce her profitability compared with its counterparts in developing and developed countries, but On the other way, her independence financial is a good indicator of being the market leader.
