Résumé: "هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز القرار الاستراتيجي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، وأخذنا مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي كدراسة حالة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد على المنهج التحليلي حيث تم إعداد استمارة استبانة حيث تم توزيع 40 استمارة ولم تستغل كلها نظرا لإلغاء البعض منها وهذا لغرض التعرف على واقع تبني مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي نموذج اليقظة الاستراتيجية لغرض تعزيز القرار الاستراتيجي ، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الاحصائية مثل المتوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، ومعامل الارتباط لبرنامج spss . ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها أن أبعاد اليقظة الاستراتيجية والمتمثلة في اليقظة التجارية، أنها تساهم في تعزير القرار الاستراتيجي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر.  ""This study aimed at clarifying the role played by strategic spender in promoting strategic decision, making in the economic instituation, and we took the algiers comunications corporation in El-wed city as a case study ,and to achive the objectives of the study the analytical approach was based on, a questionnaire has been prepard and 40 of them have been distributed and they re not all exploited because some of them have been cancelled , and that s for the perpos of introducing the reality of adopting an instituation of the Algerie Telecommuncations corporation in el-wed strategic wake-up model for the purpose of promoting strateggic decision – making ,to choose the hypotheses of the study used a range of statical methods such as the arithmetic average , standard deviation , and link factors for the programme spss. One of the most important result the dimensions of the strategic is commercial wake –up ,it contributes to the stengthening of strategic decision –mking at the Algiers communications corporation. "
