دور الأسرة الجزائرية في علاج الأطفال التوحديين (أسر الأطفال التوحديين بولاية المسيلة أنموذجا)

Résumé: الملخص: سعت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الأسرة في علاج الأطفال المصابين بمرض التوحد اعتمادا على تطبيق الأساليب الحديثة في العلاج. ولقد جاءت الدراسة مقسمة لثلاثة مباحث، مبحث أول خصص للتعريف بالمنهجية المتبعة في الدراسة، مبحث ثاني نظري تضمن الإشارة بشكل موجز لكل من ماهية مرض التوحد وأسبابه وأهم الأساليب العلاجية بصفة عامة ودور الأسرة بصفة خاصة، علاوة على الإشارة إلى واقع انتشار هذا المرض في الجزائر،أما المبحث الثالث فإنه مبحث تطبيقي إذ يتناول دور الأسرة في علاج مرض التوحد في ضوء ممارسة الأساليب الحديثة المستعملة في العلاج أثناء تعامل أفراد الأسرة مع الطفل المصاب بمرض التوحد. ولقد بينت هذه الدراسة وجود نقص كبير في تكوين الوالدين للتكفل بالطفل التوحدي، كما أنه لا توجد لا مراكز متخصصة ولا أقسام خاصة داخل المستشفيات، وحتى الجمعيات المتخصصة تعاني من العديد من المشاكل المادية والتقنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأسرة الجزائرية، الطفل التوحدي، المسيلة، المراكز المتخصصة . Abstract: This study sought to shed light on the role that the family plays in treating children with autism, depending on the application of modern methods of treatment. The study was divided into three sections, a first section devoted to introducing the methodology used in the study, and a second theoretical topic that included a brief reference to each of the nature of autism, its causes, the most important treatment methods in general, and the role of the family in particular, in addition to referring to the reality of the spread of this disease in Algeria, As for the third topic, it is an applied study as it deals with the role of the family in treating autism in light of the practice of modern methods used in treatment during the interaction of family members with the autistic child. This study has shown that there is a great lack of parental training to take care of the autistic child and that there are neither specialized centers nor special departments within hospitals, and even specialized societies, they suffer from many material and technical problems.
