E-government Applications And Their Evaluation In Some Arab And Foreign Countries
Résumé: The study aims to shed light on the reality of e-government implementation in the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, and Algeria, and evaluate it by reading the indicators of its use and knowing its position within these indicators, so that the study concluded that evaluating these experiences according to the e-government development index shows that the United States of America Its development index in 2022 was estimated at 0.9151, ranked 10th internationally, and the United Arab Emirates was estimated at 0.9010, ranked 13th. As for Algeria, we note that its development index was estimated at 0.5611, ranked 112th.
